Town Team February meeting, and planning exhibitions

Dear Members,

After discussion at the December general meeting, the February’s general meeting will take place at one of the following:

• Monday 6 February, 6pm to 9pm, at Salvation Army Hall
• Wednesday 8 February, 6pm to 9pm, at The Methodist Church
• Saturday 11 February, 2pm to 5pm, at the Royal Oak.

Please make a decision on where you would like February’s meeting to be held. Email info@harlesdentownteam.org by Wednesday, 25 January. If there is not enough response, we will use the original arrangement of the Salvation Army Hall, on Monday 6 February, 6pm to 9pm

The Harlesden Town Team Advisory team are having a membership drive on Saturday the 21st January 2012 between 11 am to 2pm in the forecourt of the Methodist Church.  This will enable for more residents in Harlesden to join the team. We will be also promoting the consultation on options A and B.

There will be 5 sessions at the Salvation Army Hall, on the following days and times:

• Monday 23 January, 4pm - 8pm
• Wednesday 25 January, 4pm- 8pm
• Saturday 28 January, 10am-2pm
• Monday 30 January, 1:30 pm – 5pm
• Tuesday 31 January, 6pm – 9pm.

Council officers and members of the Town Team will be available at the exhibitions to discuss options and answer questions.
