Phase 1:
Manor Park Road between Crownhill and High Street, Crownhill Road and Tavistock Road:
"This is complete."
Phase 2:
Craven Park Road:
"The start was delayed until January this year. This phase is programmed to be completed in May 2014. The current work on the west side is nearing completion and contractors are programmed to move over to the opposite side of the road on 10 March. Street furniture will be reinstated later, as we are currently reviewing locations.

"Due to the late start of Phase 2 two gangs have been put on the scheme to speed up the work and catch up with the programme so we still aim to complete the scheme in January 2015."

"This is programmed between May 2014 and September 2014. The Jubilee Clock will be removed for refurbishment on 6 May. It will be stripped down and repainted, and the inside workings will also be refurbished. It is expected to return the clock mid-January 2015.

"Our contractors are currently speaking to shop owners in the High Street and have received a significant amount of support to upgrade their forecourts. This had not previously been forthcoming, but we believe that now they can see he works are going ahead, they have increased their interest."
Phase 4:
High Street Harlesden between Jubilee Clock and Tavistock Road:
