Mon 15 Sept: HTT EGM

"To Members of Harlesden Town Team

"The work of the Regeneration will conclude early in January 2015, with the return of the Jubilee Clock, and the opening of the semi-pedestrianised High Street. This project was first conceived with the Harlesden Charter of 2010. The existing committee of the HTT has been in place largely unchanged since that time.

"It would seem sensible and appropriate for the existing committee to see the Regeneration Project through to completion. Therefore I am asking members to vote for an extension to the annual period of office. At an Annual General Meeting in February 2015, the Chairman and all the existing committee will be prepared to stand down, and may not necessarily remain available for re-election.

"We would need to alter the Constitution in order to keep the present elected Officers in place until March 2015.

"The Chairman may call an EGM at any time. 21 days notice must be given to members by the Secretary. I therefore giving notice that an EGM will be held at 7pm on Monday 15th September 2014 at Salvation Army Hall.

"A vote will take place at the EGM to approve the changes to the Constitution, Should any member can’t attend, they can vote by letter or email."
